We share your information with the home services company you contacted so they can provide the services you requested. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use third-party service providers to deliver our services.
Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS/Text Messages
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TradeTriage.ai. These messages may include appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, service reminders, review requests, and other communications related to your service inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at b@tradetriage.ai. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Mobile Information Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your mobile phone number or any personal information collected via SMS opt-in to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. These terms govern your use of TradeTriage.ai services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
TradeTriage.ai provides AI-powered phone answering and job booking services for home services companies.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
Program Name: TradeTriage.ai Service Communications
Program Description: By opting in via our website form, you consent to receive text messages from TradeTriage.ai including appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and service follow-ups, review requests after completed services, and service-related updates. These messages are transactional and informational in nature. Marketing messages will only be sent if you have separately opted in to receive them.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

AI Disclosure
Our phone answering service uses artificial intelligence technology. If asked directly, our AI will disclose that it is an AI assistant.
Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, our AI may occasionally make errors in pricing estimates, scheduling, or service classification. All pricing is an estimate only. Final pricing is determined by the service provider.
Billing
Monthly fees are billed on the same date each month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.
Limitation of Liability
TradeTriage.ai is not liable for missed appointments, incorrect pricing estimates, lost business, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 3 months.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
